Nordic Ware 6-cup Bundt pan fits a 6 quart pressure cooker. Use it to make monkey bread or even meat loaf. If you want to get adventurous and try a cake in the pressure cooker this would be perfect. It can also be used in the oven.
BELLA immersion blender with a whisk attachment. I’ve had an immersion blender for years and I love to use it to puree soups directly in the pot. Not need to transfer hot liquids to a stand blender in batches. check out all the things you can do with it.
Instant Pot silicone sealing rings, twin pack in transparent white for 5 or 6 quart models. Always keep extra sealing rings on hand. You never know when you’ll need one.
Instant Pot silicone sealing rings now come in colors! Lavender, turquoise, and orange! Assign colors to sweet and savory foods making it super easy to keep track of which seal you use for a certain type of food! Or just use it to spruce up your pot. It won’t be visible to the whole world but you’ll know it’s there.
A stackable stainless steel steamer insert can be used for Pot in Pot cooking to cook a variety of foods at the same time. It can be used as a steamer for vegetables, chicken, or fish. It’s a cheesecake pan, or a lasagna pan.
This 3-quart stainless steel mesh basket can be used as a steamer in your pressure cooker. The handles must be permanently removed to use it in this way. It can also be used as a strainer.
A 7 inch springform pan comes in handy when you make cheesecake. It’s also nice to have when you make lasagna and anything stacked, like enchiladas or taco pie.
A push pan can be used to make all of the things you would make in a springform pan. Some people prefer push pans. The decision is up to you.
A stainless-steel steamer basket can be used to steam vegetables, fish, and shrimp, or when you boil eggs.
A silicone steamer basket functions the same way as the stainless-steel basket. You choose the type you prefer.
Stainless steel trivet 7″ x 2″ steamer stand
Silicone mini mitts are helpful when you want to remove your inner pot from the cooker. Regular cloth mitts work but are rather cumbersome. The silicone also protects your hands from any steam or hot liquids.
A glass lid is used for the pressure cooker functions that don’t require you to bring the cooker up to pressure. Making yogurt is an example. You can use your regular cooker lid to make yogurt or you can use a glass lid.
This silicone ring duo offers one ring to be used with savory foods, and another ring to be used with sweet foods. Some people don’t like the fact that their silicone ring picks up the odor of what they cook. (This is unavoidable.) With these two, you can switch out rings depending on what you’re making.
A single clear silicone ring is good to have on hand if you use your pressure cooker a lot. The rings don’t last forever and eventually show signs of wear and may even develop a small rip. When this happens, it’s time to replace the ring. Having one on hand saves you from a personal melt down when you’re ready to cook but the ring in the lid isn’t.
An additional stainless steel pot for the IP comes in handy when you want to make one recipe immediately after another. You can have the ingredients in the second pot ready to go as soon as the first one is removed from the cooker.
Silicone egg poaching cups can be used to poach eggs, or for individual chocolate lava cakes, or individual cheesecakes.
Grifiti cross-style silicone bands I never heard of these before I got into pressure cooking. You put them on your container before you put the container in the pot. Then you can use the band as the handle to remove the container from the pot after cooking. This assortment pack offers a variety of sizes and can accommodate almost any container that you use in your pressure cooker. They can also be used for things that have nothing to do with cooking.
A rolling utility cart is useful when counter space in your kitchen is at a premium. Store your pressure cooker and the accessories on the cart. You can also leave the cooker on the cart when you cook. It can be rolled where you need it when you’re ready to cook and then rolled out of the way when you’re finished.
Ball Jar Ball Heritage Collection Pint Jars with Lids and Bands, Purple, Set of 6. I love to serve cold drinks in canning jars. But you’d be surprised at the number of uses for canning jars in pressure cooking. I use mine to make lemon curd and caramel sauce in the pressure cooker. I also use them as storage for whey and yogurt. Or to store wet or dry ingredients.
The only thing you can’t do with these jars in a pressure cooker is can. If you want to do that you need a pressure canner.
